Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice Run
Team 1 races along the Union Canal:- Edinburgh Quay - Falkirk wheel (50.7 Kilometres)
Team 2 races along the Forth and Clyde Canal:- Bowling - Falkirk wheel (56 Kilometres)
Each team has to race in relay transporting a Prince and Princess of Wales sash along their route, teams can change runners whenever and as often as they like. (First team back are the supreme rulers for eternity, second team back are smelly poop pants.)
We should try and get around 10 runners in each team this would average 5K per runner. Most reasonably fit people can run 5K in around 25minutes. Estimated time for the challenge would be around 4 and 1/2 hours.
Each team would need a couple of backup cars to transport runners, perhaps a cyclist to go back and forward checking on runners.

El Camino de Santiago - Summer 2004
I walked from Saint-Jean-Pie-de-Port in France to Santiago de Compostela. I left Saint-Jean on the 6th of July and arrived 500 miles later in Santiago on the 4th of August.
I met lots of great people along the way. Declan and I walked together on and off. Conversations sometimes lasted for a couple of days.
I spent an afternoon in Leon with my dad and Charlie.
The camino is the best thing I've ever done.

Six Cities Cycle - Summer 2008
My dad, Michael Poggi and I cycled from Hamilton to all six of Scotland's Cities -
Hamilton - Edinburgh - Dundee - Aberdeen - Inverness - Stirling - Glasgow - Hamilton.
We raised loads of money for Chimbote in Peru. A big thanks to everyone who sponsored us.
Pog had his photo taken at each city's sheriff court (He's a lawyer). It was one of the best trips I've had. It took us nine days (1st -9th Aug). We got a soaking on the morning of the first day, the day we cycled into Inverness and the last day, other than that the weather and everything else couldn't have been better.
The music in the background is a simple blues I recorded on the 7th Dec 2004. It's called '¡Buen Camino!'
